Co-Founder and President
Chris is passionate about designing powerful, issue-oriented events. He has served as Executive Producer for the Clinton Global Initiative, The U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit, The Concordia Summit, Wall Street Journal CEO Council, the U.S.-Islamic World Forum, Rockefeller Foundation’s Centennial Series, Rio + C40: Mega city Mayors Taking Action on Climate Change, The Clean Energy Summit, The Green Inaugural Ball and the Declare Yourself Inaugural Ball.
Before founding CWA in 2005, Chris served the Clinton administration as Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of White House Advance, designing and orchestrating all of the President and First Lady’s events and visual communications, and representing the White House in more than thirty countries around the world. Chris managed all of the campaign media events and rallies as the Director of Advance for the Clinton-Gore ‘96 Presidential Campaign.
Co-Founder and Vice President
Mark Poncher has spent more than 30 years producing events, creating experiences and managing environments for audiences large and small. He has served as the Executive Producer of the Clinton Global Initiative conferences worldwide since 2006, C40 Annual Meeting in Johannesburg, and the U.S. - Africa Business Forum. Mark was the Business Producer for the ceremonies for 2007 Rio and 2011 Guadalajara Pan and Parapan American Games, Rio Réveillon, and the Cinco De Mayo 150th Anniversary broadcast special.
Mark was Head of Production for the Baku 2015 European Games Ceremonies and the Executive Producer of the 2014 and 2015 Rose Parade Opening and Closing Spectaculars. He produced the Handover Ceremonies for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games and Paralympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies as well as the Rio 2016 and Istanbul 2020 Olympic Bids. Recently, Mark was the Executive Producer for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles.
Danny has served as Technical Director for hundreds of events spanning 120 countries, with attendance at times in excess of 500,000 people. From rock and roll shows to intimate gatherings of Fortune 100 CEO’s, Danny is a veteran in his field and consistently brings new ideas to event production. Danny is adept at vendor and personnel management, technical design and communications, and venue management, all while focusing on the ultimate attendee experience.
A savant at constructing the perfect event narrative, David has conceptualized event presentation strategies, designed special prioritizing software, and created videos and documentaries for clients like the Peterson Foundation, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Brookings Institute and the Rockefeller Foundation, among many others. David has worked on thousands of international events since 1975. As Creative Producer of event content, David focuses on attendee perceptions and designs highly crafted presentations that resonate with audiences worldwide.
Director of Production
Jessica has spent more than 10 years producing international events. Since 2007, she has served as a producer for the Clinton Global Initiative meetings worldwide. Jessica produced the inaugural 2017 Goalkeepers meeting for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Solve at MIT, the 2015 ANOC Awards Gala and the 2014 and 2015 Rose Parade Opening and Closing Spectaculars. She served as Script Supervisor for the Guadalajara 2011 Pan American Games Ceremonies, the Rio 2016 and Istanbul 2020 Olympic Bids, and the Opening Ceremony of Sport Accord 2009. During the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games, she was scriptwriter and supervisor for LiveCity Vancouver.
A talented manager, Sheree has worked on numerous productions worldwide handling contracts, travel, logistics, credentialing and budget management for events including the Cinco De Mayo 150th Anniversary broadcast special, Sochi Olympic Winter Games ceremonies, the 2020 Istanbul Olympic bid, Rose Parade 2014 and 2015 opening spectaculars, C40 Mayors Summit, U.S. Africa Business Forum, Bloomberg Awards for Global Tobacco Control, Special Olympics World Games ceremonies, Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Global Citizen Awards, and the Hult Prize Dinner.
Producer / Web Developer
Pacé (which means "peace" in Italian) is an energetic advertising professional having extensive expertise with proven success in multiple digital formats including print, audio/video and interactive. He is a conceptual web developer and designer fluent in online advertising and marketing automation. Michael has had experience handling major brands such as Peak XV, HuffPost, Splunk, AARP, ON24, Disney, Warner Bros., MGM, Universal, HBO, Newline, PlayStation and SONY.
Technical Production Manager
Jacob is a meticulous technical production manager with experience in both technical event production and business management. He was the technical production manager for the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation’s Careers in Entertainment event that took over the Paramount Studios backlot to introduce students to entertainment career paths. Jacob was also the technical production manager for HuffPost’s 2018 Listen to America Tour, which traveled to more than seven cities across the western half holding community forums of the United States ahead of the midterm elections.
